BREAKFAST

Start the day by drinking two glasses of water one as you get up and one before your breakfast

coffee and 2 slices of dried wholemeal toast

LUNCH

2 eggs + 1 tomato

DINNER

7 ounces of red meat + as much green salad as you can eat.

SNACKS

1 apple in the morning 1 banana in the afternoon and grapes in the evening.

Exercise every day for at least 30 minutes. Brisk walking is one of the best exercises and can easily fit into your schedule.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to help you feel satisfied and refreshed.
