Menu A Daily Diet Plan

Here we will provide a daily diet menu,the aim of this diet is to lose between 1 and 2 kg weekly.We also advise that exercise is taken in addition to the menus.
Start your day with two glasses of water one as soon as you get up and one with your breakfast.

Breakfast.
40 Gram cereal of your choice with 125 ml of semi skilled milk.
Glass of fruit juice and one slice of dried wholemeal toast.

Lunch
3 Crisp bread with low fat cheese and green salads.

Dinner
100 Grams Of roasted chicken
Plenty of salads of your choice

Snacks
Sugar free jelly
Fibro chocolate bar

Exercise every day for at least 30 minutes. Brisk walking is one of the best exercises and can easily fit into your schedule.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to help you feel satisfied and refreshed.
